Bellinger Reels
The Bellinger "Classic" fly reels are machined from the highest quality aircraft grade aluminum to the finest tolerances.
 The reels feature a non-adjustable click and pawl drag.
 They are factory-set for right or left hand retrieve.
 Each reel is carefully assembled, adjusted and inspected with the utmost care. Each reel caries a lifetime warranty.
 The delrin side plates are available non-perforated only.
 Please specify your preference on left or right hand wind.
 The Bellinger "Classic" fly reel is available in four sizes at the price of $750.00 each including a leather reel bag.

We pre-fit the leather to the tube and trim the side seam almost flush to give the case the slimmest possible profile. The top and bottom are hand sewn with a "French edge" stitch across an all but invisible seam. The result is a uniquely clean and finished look.
The buckle is solid brass, and because buckle straps endure the most wear from bending and pulling, we laminate two layers of top grain for maximum strength. A soft foam base on the inside top and bottom cushions delicate tips.

The BRADLEY REEL takes the classic “Edward Vom Hofe Reel” (circa 1875-1878) and gives it new life through a re-design of it’s mechanical operation.


Rich Bradley’s thirty (30) years of precision machining experience, combined with his passion for fly-fishing prompted him to build this low maintenance, lightweight, durable, yet affordable reel. In addition he has replaced the standard “Click & Pawl” with a “Click & Ball”™ resulting in a smooth line resistance with outgoing line distinction. Another improvement includes the “Off Center Reel Foot”™ which offers centerline and positive locking of reel to rod.


Bradley Reels are designed, machined and assembled in the Town of Livingston Manor, N.Y., the heart of the FlyFishing Catskills. Designed with the integrity and style of a traditional hand crafted reel that will complement your cane rod.
